Hashtack is a new way to stay in touch with friends and family. It works by combining your social network photos/videos into one feed.
Alternatively, Hashtack can also be used to track hashtags across multiple social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You can also Like and Comment across all networks.
While Hashtack is useful for basic tracking of friends and trends, it obviously lacks some of the advanced features accessible within the social networks themselves.
